Angelina Crosby-Pigott, PMP, MAPM, is the founder of The Surrendered CEO™ and creator of the I AM Rising Framework™, the Strategic Resilience Canvas™, and the Cost Engineered Life™ methodology.
A Cost Engineer and Project Manager with 25 years leading million and billion-dollar capital project budgets for Fortune 50 organizations — including Westinghouse Nuclear, Chevron, and Shell — she currently holds a subcontract with Currie & Brown, one of the world’s leading project management consultancies.
After navigating a profound personal crisis, she recognized that the same project management rigor — gate-based progression, baseline diagnostics, measurable deliverables — was exactly what was missing from the leadership development industry. She built The Surrendered CEO™ to fill that gap.
